INDUOIL HL 2
Product description: Special low-viscosity, residue-free, self-ventilating lubricant with an aliphatic hydrocarbon base.
Application: During very light-duty non-machining operations such as stamping, shaping and bending, as well as for metal-cutting machining operations such as turning, milling, etc and for high-speed machining (HSC).
Suitable materials: Non-ferrous metals (Al, Cu), electro contact materials
Environmental compatibility: AS 13 02 06; WGK 1
Application: Non-diluted by spraying, rolling, daubing, shaping or in drop lubrication.
Recommendation: For optimum, inductive and wear-free applications, we recommend mist-free INDUTEC® MS Minimum Quantity Cooling and Lubricating systems with a dual air jacket.

Protak woodworking hot melts offer a full range of products for a variety of finishing and decorative woodworking applications such as edgebanding, profile wrapping and softforming. Protak hot melts are solvent-free and low odour, making them an ideal alternative to more traditional solvent based products as well as being environmentally friendly.

Protak 351
General purpose edgebanding hot melt with a medium viscosity. It can be used on single and double sided edgebanders and will bond all types of edging material. Protak 351 can also be used for pre-coating edging tape.
Protak 3465
A medium to high viscosity hot melt that can be used on single sided edgebanders but produces the best results on double sided machines. Protak 3465 has high adhesion so is ideal for thicker edging material such as 3mm PVC, polystyrene and solid wood.
Protak 342
A high viscosity hot melt with high heat resistance and a short open time. It is ideal for double sided edgebanders with a fast through feed. Protak 342 has good adhesion on ABS edging material and is also suitable for softforming.
Protak 300
This hot melt has been developed for edging shaped panels where the adhesive is applied to the back of the edging material. Protak 300 has a low application temperature and a long open time and is ideal for bonding PVC edging.
Protak 3308
An unfilled, clear hot melt that can be used on all types of edgebander giving an invisible glue line, making it ideal for use with high gloss edging. Protak 3308 has been formulated for nozzle application and machining centres.
Protak 203
Economical lightly filled hot melt for profile wrapping suited for heavy paper foils and wood veneers.
Protak K109/LV
A low viscosity, unfilled hot melt for profile wrapping. It is ideal for lightweight paper foil and fleece backed veneers.
